Unauthorized Membership Cancellation and Missing Refund by Uber

I had a disappointing experience with Uber recently. They cancelled my membership without my permission and deducted the membership fee from my account. Despite my attempts to contact customer support, I received no resolution or refund.

This incident raises concerns about Uber's customer service and ethics. I hope they promptly refund the membership fee I paid, and also improve their processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service, it seems their people don't know what the hell is going on, they don't read the customer's concerns at all. Or maybe it's just a bot
