Uber one is a total **** - cannot cancel by any means - rude help centre that cannot think of what to do

I am trying to cancel Uber One

The help chat has responses from Sania, Abdul and Kaniwal Fatima. Sania where is this end membership option???? No where yet Kaniwal Fatima thinks helping me is an exception to Uber one rules. There is no option to cancel……. You still have not cancelled.

The thing is there is no option to do so. So I obviously request for help because in the process of trying to find the cancel Uber one option I set an annual renewal for 48 hours I’ve been conversing with the chat. Now Kaniwal tells me she has cancelled it as an exception but it’s still reflecting so it’s not cancelled. The help of Uber chat is as useless as ever. Kaniwal Fatima if only you looked at the screenshot you can see it reflecting. So what exception is it? Am I obliged to pay for something I don’t want?
