Uber One forced memberships

Uber One is deducting money from my card because it’s loaded on their App. Every month they there’s an amount that’s taken from my account when I have not subscribed for membership. When I try removing my card details, it requires a new payment method stating that I’m a Uber One member, I cannot delete without replacing
