Uber One

I used my Paypal to pay for food in June 2023 and linked my Capitec bank to Paypal, the food was delivered and was paid for. I then changed my payment details on the Uber One App and immediately Uber One deducted R523.18 ($28) from my bank account without my permission! now they keep ignoring my e-mails and support messages! They also keep deducting R50 every week from my bank account! They are saying this is a 1 year membership? I did not authorize any deduction or sign up for a 1 year subscription! Folks be careful of Uber One! This is a ****!
