Uber offering one amount and then debiting my account with an even bigger amount

Uber offered a trip for R110.00, I accepted, money deducted of my bank account, trip completed, I am happy. The next morning the R110.00 is reversed back into my bank account and R176.00 then gets debited to my account. Just boom, no explanation, no nothing. I sent an email to customer service and still today no joy from them, just a ****y reply. This post is not about the R66.00, its the principle of the matter man,

And bear in mind, this is not the first nor the second time I have to fight with Uber about invalid charges to my bank account
