Uber not serious about *****

I had 12 Uber rides paid for on my credit card within 30 minutes and reported all to Uber immediately. I stopped my card and reported the matter to the ***** line. I also contacted Uber and initially they were quick to respond but then sudden;y went offline and I have not heard from them in 6 days!
