uber not reversing my cancellations

Dear Uber,

Why have my cancellations not been reversed back into my account.

the first cancellation was from Umlazi Durban on the 29/07/2018 to Durban station. Money went off my account and nothing back in for an amount of R165.00 i have 2 other cancellations however they show cancelled and R0.00 on my uber account but my query is with the reversal.

Kindly advise on the procedures for reversal please. and May i please have my money back.
