UBER NOT REPLYING to their accident with my vehicle

An Uber driver skipped a STOP SIGN with FULL DASHCAM footage and NO-ONE from Uber responded or rep**** to the accident. I have FULL footage with date and time, position on LIVE video. I had substantial damage to my car and i am TOTALY ignored with my claim against them. UBER is NOT responding to any of my claims. I have filed a SAPS report with sufficient evidence. The UBER DRIVER is on a false PASSPORT, **** ID and with a ****** vehicle on a UBER delivery. NO-ONE from UBER is repsonding to my claim. WHERE DO I REPORT the matter
