Uber not refunding money

On the evening of 18 April 2022 I booked an Uber trip. The amount was deducted from my bank account but no driver arrived. I contacted Uber on 19 April and followed up 3 times. According to them I was refunded, but there is no proof on my bank statement. They now want me to forward my statement to them in order to proof that I was not refunded. This is not acceptable for poor service from their side in the first place. This was definitely the last time that I made use of this company EVER again. Poor poor service!
