Uber not refunding

Started a trip, my phone died, was not able to see driver as I was in a very dangerous area full of meter taxi drivers...Uber driver said I arrived whereas I did not, I paid R400 for a meter taxi plus R275 that Uber charged...where is the honesty with these drivers???this is very upsetting... I will not take this lying down
