Uber not protecting Drivers or Customers from OR Tambo International Airport

This is NOT about the driver but how all Uber drivers are treated at OR International Airport in South Africa by local law enforcement. My mother and I were almost left by the side of the road because an officer wanted a bribe from our Uber driver because of his ehailing permit which the traffic department is making impossible for Uber drivers to get. As an Uber customer I understand that Uber has done nothing to protect its drivers or customers coming to or leaving OR Tambo International Airport. This is becoming an epidemic. Even international tourists can’t use Uber safely from the airport anymore. Why are you abandoning your drivers and your customers? We are now trying to Find alternative airports like Lanseria where Uber drivers are not harassed and passengers will not be forced to stand at the side of the road at 11:30 at night because a vehicle gets *******ly impounded. Please deal with local government to sort out this disgusting problem.
