Uber not prepared to help with *****

Uber has deducted 4 amounts over R800 from my current account, when I don' even have an Uber account. I Googled and found a link where you can report this type of behaviour to Uber to investigate. I sent the mail and later that day I got a mail back from Fakia Saeed saying that I am asking to get information about an Uber account and they could not help. He clearly didnt read my message. I asked them to investigate why money was taken from my account What if someone is using my bank account for Uber?
