Uber not playing fair

Signed up for uber and it informed me i could only use my card for payment. I booked the ride and R74 rand was deducted from my account. The app then informed me that there was no driver available and uber kept the money. Gave them time to reverse the transaction but alas it never happened. I would advise to use Bolt as cash can be used.
