Uber not delivering the best service

I unistalled my bolt app because the service was bad, the driver would accept your request and then not come when u call them they ask where you are going if it's a short trip they ask you to cancell as they are still far . I went to Uber it's worse I thought Uber can do so much better, I guess it is true when they say the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. Maybe if the two were not using the drivers it would be so much better.
