Uber not being Fair

Requested Uber X and the driver refused to transport my 4 boys. 18, 16,14 and 9 years old.I told my boy to tell him to Cancel.I paid R41,09 but only got Refunded R24 and they say trip Cancelled.I also ordered day before and my son took to long to come out of school.got Cancelled.got a receipt for R16,22 but they debited R53. going to move to BOLT because Uber is *****ing from me.
