Uber Non existing customer support and unability to processa refund

Uber Non existing customer support and unability to processa refund. I booked a uber and the price which was charged to my card was 3x the quoted. I tried to process a refund via the app , included all the informatio required and just got a email from them to say I need to submit all the information. Credit card details, date and time, screen shot of CC statemnt They either dont receive the information submited on the app or just ignore it. I rep**** to the email with all the information they requred and receive the same answer, please submit the above the information. I did this 3 times just to receive the same answer. So after a week or so I realised that they will not refund anything. It looks like they have no system in place to process wrongfull transactions and do refunds.
