Uber = no our problem

I booked an Uber package which was not delivered to my intended address. Now the parcel is missing and Uber does not take any responsibility. They are blocking me from contacting the driver to find out where it was delivered and say I should resort to litigation to recover the parcel. Nothing about investigating the driver and sanctioning him or even removing him from their network to prevent this from happening again. Complete hands off approach and no effort to get my parcel back. Do not use Uber for your parcel delivery
