Uber, no longer reliable

Recently Uber has been charging huge amount for even the smallest delay, such as traffic, or even the driver waiting for you and also cancelation fee. Yesterday, I drove with Uber home. And it was about R84 for me to get there. The money was deducted. However after the trip was completed, I was give a surcharge of R91. Due to traffic even though there was no traffic at all. Then when I contacted support services, they said that the price was correct. And didn't help further at all.
