Uber - No help to find lost items

I also lost my keys on Sunday and despite following all protocol and all systems in place to get what I needed nobody has helped me- I know there are no guarantees for retrieving of items but even an attempt to get me in contact with driver as I desperately need my keys. I have been unable to be safe as the driver saw where I live and this poses a safety risk for me and my children and household
