Uber no fetch service

Tired of the drivers scanning the uber X and rejecting trips.... Uber must simply remove or take control as it annoys the end user standing getting rejected countless times and drivers don't get negative review and you cannot call Uber to complain either its appalling I won't be using them ever again truly.
