Uber nightmare

I am very disillusioned with Uber. There is really no control... drivers not collecting at the right place... then when they can't find me they ride away.. I am then debited for a ride because according to the drivers I canceled. . This has happened on numerous occasions and to get through to the call centre is a nightmare.. I have lost quite a bit of money like this... they seem to think they havevthd monopoly and abuse it.
