UBER NEGLIGENT ABOUT LOST/ ****** PHONE

I left my iphone 8 in an Uber driven by a driver Mxolisi Toyota Corolla JY08MFGP. I made several unsuccesful attempts to contact him (his phone was on and he rejected my calls), I contacted uber and their profile wouldn't accept my gmail address. To date no attempt has been made to return my phone which contains sensitive personal information.
