Uber needs to review their staff

I have met in an accident with an uber/MR delivery driver at 11am, 14.02.2017, on 33 Old Kilcullen Road, Bryanston, Sandton.

This driver is from Uganda, Africa, and has no insurance for his motorbike. His vehicle licence disk is extremely in poor condition. He had no ID documents on him either. ( i will not expose the driver in public unless UBER/MR Delivery requests it)

The accident happened where I was indicating to turn into a property in residential area, on the right hand side of the road, and the left side had oncoming cars, the driver saw me slowing down and indicating to turn but unfortunately still collided into my vehicle.

The damaged caused was him breaking my right side mirror, denting my car door and denting my tyre rims.

I would highly appreciate if this matter can be seen to with both insurance parties as the driver will not be able to pay the bills himself.

And I will not be paying for the damage caused by his negligence.

I have opened a case at the police station.

This is UNACCEPTABLE that Uber refuses to respond to my emails, their emails also dont go through as say"

We're sorry. You’ve contacted an address that does not accept incoming email. We’re not monitoring questions through this email address and this request has not been received by our support team.

We'd love to help out if you have an issue. Please submit your request by tapping “Help” in the Uber app or by visiting help.uber.com from a web browser. There you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions and have the option to submit a support request." - this doesnt help me at all.

Also how can UBER/MR Delivery hire people without having correct details of the employee and allow them to not have a vehicle insurance incase of an accident????? the conditions of the motorbikes are pathetic.

I would appreciate it if i could get a response and a way of getting some payments from the companies involved.
