Uber needs to refund or fix it

been more than 6 months that I loaded R150 on the uber app. For some reason I could not use it. I have load money on before and it worked, but now it is not working at all. I obviously brought it under their attention a few months ago and they gave me an explanation instead of fixing the problem. Now I bought myself a new phone, downloaded the app however I still can not use it. Complained again and now they are giving me a story about violating something and having two devices or two different apps but still no solution. They clearly can not or will not fix the issue, I asked them to refund me but they are not saying anything about my money. 8 want my money back and delete the app ASAP
