UBER MUST FALL

A driver didn't come pick us up and was very rude on the call his name is Liberty registration CA 985815, then after not picking us up the ride was still charged R212 from my account. Completely unacceptable. Used foul language and refused to cancel the trip. IF THIS IS NOT DEALT WITH PROMPTLY THEN I'LL KEEP MAKING THE COMPLAINT UNTIL MY MONEY IS REFUNDED!!!!!
