Uber Money Hungry!

Uber is going downhill! Why are they charging more than double what their competitors charge! Why are they pre authorizing your account twice with different amounts?? Why can't you get hold of anyone when you have a complaint and the app will then take you around and around in circles. Why do I struggle to find an actual email for them, so I can communicate when I have an issue? Why do I still have 2 amounts pending on my bank account, which is essentially money frozen out of my account! Why is Uber becoming so greedy! Why oh why...
