UBER Misleading Upfront Costs

Uber is misleading customers by quoting low upfront cost and then suddenly hours later increasing the cost and deducting the increased amount from customers bank accounts. Everytime this is queried the response from Uber is extended wait time, increase of traffic and the ride taking significantly longer than anticipated. This statement is totally inaccurate as invariably the ride proceeded smoothly and did not take longer than anticipated. Customers need to be made aware that the quoted and paid upfront cost of their ride is inaccurate and Uber will increase the cost and deduct it directly from their bank account.
