Uber misleading riders

loyal uber rider for years, however not happy with how the drivers of uber do not drop riders at the destination and Uber brand themselves the most safest way of transport, also they quick to debit the trip money upon request and the driver has not even ended the trip at correct destination and aslo late evening about 11:45pm very dangerous adn unsafe,so basically riders are paying for trips and drivers leaving riders strandard at unknown location, this happended on two occasion with uber and was adviced it will be looked into but still nothing this is very bad, cant trust the way you brand uber. Im still traumatised havinvg to dela with your drivers and your bad service as a company.
