I REQUESTED an uber after for a long time, i got a trip and decided to cancel because someone came to pick me up, instead of them taking 10 cancellation fee they take the whole amount. i want my money back ASAP..REFUND IT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT .I NEVER TOOK A RIDE WITH YOU...ITS DISGUSTING HOW YOU ROBBING AND ****MING PEOPLE...AND YOU NOT DOING IT FOR THE FISRT TIME. REFUND MY MONEY.
