Uber ****med me

Hi there I would like to logged a complaint I was over charge on uber my initial ride cost r33 but later on got charge service fee as the waiting time was over 4 minutes however the uber park in the previous road waiting for the time to add up before making his way to pick me up is this a sort of **** running because I took a short ride I got charge r44 . My concern is not the price but the actual principle behind the driver. When the driver arrived I asked why is he waiting so long in the next road he said that he took a wrong turn which he it wasnt the case CAA580133 trip was 11:33 am to brickfield road
