Uber making travel difficult

For some of us Uber is the only way getting around town. Unfortunately not all of us have a credit card to link and thus making traveling around hard as uber requests sometimes that you have to link a card. It's not always a problem but some days like today it's refusing me to order a ride unless I link a card to the app and my card is not accepted by the app. Hope they can fix this problem as it's getting annoying.
