Uber makes ********** charges

I have had a number of unrecognized charges on my Uber account. the app allows one to report this. but I got a default answer saying this is a temporary hold. This charge did not dissapear as they said it would , and after reporting it 3 times Uber are now ignoring me. WATCH OUT for Uber this company makes ********** charges and does not respond to enqueries. When making travel arrangements in South Africa, do NOT rely on Uber they will make you poor.
