Uber make sure your driver's paperwork and documents are in order

TMPD pulled the driver over and his car was impounded because the driver didn't have a permit. We, two women, were left on the side of the road and all the driver did was shrug his shoulders and say he couldn't do anything. It's really bad of Uber. Can you please make sure that all your drivers' paperwork and documents are in order before you let them work for you and then things like this don't happen again, I was charged for a ride but i was left on the side of the road in a dangerous place two women alone
