UBER - Lost property & ***ual harassment

I recently left my sunglasses in an uber. My driver contacted me and said he would return them. He then asked me if i lived alone... and when i said i did not, he asked if i was alone at the time, i said i was not. He said he would call me later. He called me later and again asked if i was alone yet. I told him i was not and never will be at home alone. I asked that he return my property and said i would pay him. He messaged me later that day and asked how my day was. I told him that his messages were making me uncomfortable and he asked why. I told him to please return my sunglasses and that my brother would pay him and take the delivery. It has been 2 and a half weeks. I contacted UBER and they repeatedly steer me towards their contact your driver portal despite me telling them that i do not want to be in contact with him. I have gone round in circles with the app and on twitter with support and now they tell me that no further action can be taken so they will no longer response.
