UBER LOST ITEMS - PATHETIC

Saturday evening i took a ride with a few bags, i forgot my one bag by accident in the back seat of the uber driver ANWAR to be exact.. bare in mind that this is an elderly man.. tried contacting uber multiple times and nothing.. the only option i have on the app is so that they can call me and there is NO direct number to contact the driver... my question is WHERE IS MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.... does this driver have it or can i write it of as ******, since it is not uber's responsibility but they are quick to take money but NOT HELPFUL at all........... PATHETIC if you ask me that a public service can go down the drain so quickly... WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
