Uber looses my packages

I requested a delivery and sent 2 boxes with the Uber driver Emmanuel Chengetai today. The trip had a pin for the recipient to give to the driver when he arrives. The recipient never received the packages but I was charged for the delivery. Uber support is telling me that the driver did deliver the package to the correct address. When I check the map for the route that the driver took it shows the package was delivered at the wrong address. How can the package be handed over to another person if that person does not have the pin. The driver is refusing to answer his phone. Uber refuses to take responsibility for my 2 lost packages but still charge me for the delivery.
