Uber *****ling my money!!!

Ai Uber , billed me twice for the some trip R118.36 went off as it was confirming the trip and the other one after my trip ended.

2nd one was on 7th my trip was R175 that was taken however around 2:40am R197.55 was taken for the some trip and the R175 was not returned, they email me to tell me that R22.00 has been credit which is bull and it shouldn't be R22.00 it should be R175 or R197.55 why am I been ******. Now no one is responding to my emails.
