Uber lies about promos

It’s been well over a month since I logged a complaint with Uber regarding the inactive promo codes they had on my wall. Uber ran a promotion, stating that if you did 8 or more rides you could unlock a 10% off discount on rides until mid October, and if you did 20 rides you could unlock 20% off rides. I completed the 20 rides but the promo never kicked in or would activate, and when I told uber about it the 20 rides I’d completed disappeared and I had to start again. I received a response from the stating that the promotion was over, but the ride tracker had reset and was still counting down rides!! Since then it’s been an ongoing thread of messages stating how I’m a valuable customer and they’re looking into it with literally no further response! This is the worst service from Uber! Why even bother when they just ignore your complaints but happily take your money
