Uber let's me down again
One evening I was stuck at a friend's place who had forgotten I was going to be there. My luck my phone battery was also flat and a neighbour saw me, and offered to order me a Uber to get me back home. The Uber arrived and I asked the driver to pkease stop at a garage with that he saw that I had a wallet with a substantial amount of cash with me. He brought me to my gate the fee was over 400 I did not have a key to access my home and I offered the driver a extra R200. I asked the driver to take me to a nearby Hospital where I was going to meet a friend. He said we could do the trip as a private trip. The driver refused use his phone as a gps so he said I must use mine as I was Haring it on his car charger. Itold him mine does not work properly it was on its way out. I did use it and the phone took us all over except into where I needed to be and with this the driver got irritated put his earphones in his ears and started ignoring me with with the car stopped in the middle of a public road 3 o'clock in the morning he then proceeded to a very bad bad part of town,, wanting to drop me off and told me to get out of his car at a BP garage. Ihad no idea where I was I was crying, he then said I must pay him some more money to take me home we haven't even gone 10 km kilometres he got another R200 out of me. altogether he got over 800 that night. he proceeded to drive me to my gate, and abruptly told me to get out his car. when I said to him I'm going to report him he got out his sideto open my car door at my house and proceeded to hug me which is very unprofessional I have contacted Uber through Facebook with no response
