Uber leaked account details

Uber will not reimburse an unknown charge on my account. They have reviewed my dispute on the app which I provided all details for and they come back with just a name and “city” of the person who clearly is not someone I know and has not resolved the transactions as ***** activities. I have disputed it from the first transaction till now and all they can say is that I should ask family or friends to shed some light. I have not shared account details nor am I fami**** with the person that they are referring to who lives in Cape Town. How have classified or so called protected details been possibly leaked and it is my fault? Can they not confirm that I do not know the profile and with charge it on their account.
