Uber late arrival

<p>I ordered Uber at 11:55. Expected time of arrival 5min. 10 min later I called he said he was 3minutes away. We continued calling, no answer. My family and I needed to get to the airport. At 12:15 I cancelled the trip after tracking the driver and noticing he was travelling further and further away from my home. He was then not answering my calls. He was the only Uber van in the area, so when we re-ordered he eventually came at 12:33. It took us close to 35min just to get him to the house. </p> <p>My husband and I both spend a considerable amount of money using Uber BUT will no longer be using your service due to this. </p> <p>Will give Taxify a shot</p>
