Uber lack of response

I have been using Uber on a twice daily basis Recently very disgruntled with their services - About two weeks ago the driver picked me up. was drunk I reported it to Uber no come back - Last week the driver that picked me up was not the one that appears on the driver profile. I asked him about it, he said it was his brother's car and his brother wasn't feeling well as we drove I got talking to him only to discover the guy didn't have a driver's license Unfortunately I didn't report it to uber I had to take the uber that day as I was already running late for a meeting - Recently I've resorted to asking drivers for their licenses and on one occasion the driver drove off and cancelled my trip - this brings me to another issue; drivers take trips and after 5 minutes or so you don't see them moving and send them a message. they cancel the trip This waste a patron's time It's in the interest of the company and service that I'm writing and not to smear anyone's reputation P.S. I know It's beyond Uber control but some of the drivers need to bath or use deodorant
