Some of the worst drivers that I uncounted,seem to be like the mini taxis,They and quite a lot of these F$#%^ have absolutely no respect for fellow motorists.Every day these %%$%% double park and block the traffic in 4th Avenue Parkhurst and are very rude and arrogent.
