UBER DRIVER:- NAMED CLEMENT : DRIVES A Renault Clio - WEST RAND My daughter recently took an Uber. Upon reaching her destination and getting off at her stop she realised she left her I phone in the Uber! She has tried endlessly to contact the driver who has now blocked her calls! A day later I her mother received a message saying they have retrieved the phone she needs to fill out information to verify its is her. Upon doing so she came to realise they emptied her bank account!!!! as Uber has the details on record! I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED the way they went about this whole thing! They are supposed to be a trustworthy reliable company! HOW CAN YOU EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN!! I have tried everything from calling the driver to logging the complaint on the app trying to speak with somebody with no luck!!! Still after days I cannot get hold of the driver : coincidence?? or the company?? PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THE THEFT FROM THE DISGUSTING ************* UBER COMPANY! The drivers are supposed to be the frontline of the company?? THEY CANNOT SADLY ENOUGH BE TRUSTED!
