UBER IS USELESS!!! DRUNK UBER DRIVER *****S PHON4

DRUNK UBER DRIVER STOLE MY PHONE!!!!

My driver stole my phone. I ran behind him and he did not stop. I then immediately phoned my phone from my business phone inside my accommodation. He refused to answer it even after several attempts.

I then checked my google maps time line and the last location update was at a liquor store in Verulam.

The driver admits driving there to buy alcohol and that he's a ghost. He refused to get my phone from he's friends that was later in he's car.

Uber has also not tried to help and rectify the situation at all. They have been no help at all.

****Uber has to date not responded or tried to rectify the situation at all other than telling us to contact the driver,which we have more than once and there is no way to speak to anyone who can help us!!!!

****I checked his WhatsApp number from my friends phone and he took his profile photo with my phone. You can see the reflection of my phone in the mirror!!!!!!!!!
