Uber is useless

On Sunday the 4th of June I requested a ride which was From Diepkloof to Randfontein, driver Didn't arrived yet they deducted my R191 which they didn't refund. I cancelled the trip because driver was at the wrong address and when I try to call him I couldn't get hold of him. Uber is the most *********** organization
