Uber is useless

I ordered an uber from Pretoria to my home. My wallet and phone was left in the car. Once i realized i tried to use my friends phone to contact myself with no luck. Tried uber support but the call wont go threw to the driver. Its been 3 days and i have tried contacting uber support but no luck. Uber support is a useless system that does not work. Their support line also says that they are not registered in my area yet. I still have not heard one thing back from uber or the driver. He tried to use my card last night but failed because i blocked it.
