UBER is unhelpful

After multiple attempts to pay for a trip, this supposed service has failed to help in any way. My area (the MIDDLE OF SANDTON) is not supported for phone calls, yet I have been advised FIVE TIMES to call it. If this is their best service, they should be ashamed. After multiple attempts on my end to address my issue, I was again ignored. So, I will not be able to pay them, because they won't accept any payment method.
