UBER IS UNCONTACTABLE AND IT'S EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

UBER IS UNCONTACTABLE! I have 2 queries on my billing and am referred to a very unfriendly site on the Uber app which has limited predetermined subjects, non of which match my query. There is not contact number or email address. I would like to hear from someone!!
