I had to select 1 star to be able to write my review, if I had my way I wouldn't have chosen a single star, in fact I would like to select -100 STARS. I am a very unhappy customer who is taking matters further as Uber gives you options to choose a ride and once they drop you off they cancel the money you paid upfront out of your bank account and charges a higher price - WHY AM I ALLOWED TO CHOOSE MY RIDE PER AMOUINT - THIS IS FROUD, NO ONE CONFIRMED THE RIDE IS MORE, I DIDNT MAKE ANY STOPS, I JUST GOT IN AND WENT TO MY DESIGNATION SELECTED WHEN FIRST REQEUSTING THE UBER - WHY CHARGE MORE FOR WHAT - NO ONE CONFIRMED THIS WITH ME REVERESED THE PAYMENT AND TOOK MORE MONEY FOR THE RIDE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WIRTH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PERMISSION - FRRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DESCUSTED CUSTOMER

I just want to add, thay charged me extra for a rout already accepted by the driver, I did not have any stops in between the 2 destinations, INFACT - I WAS DROPED OFF3KM BEFORE THE DROP OFF DESICNATION - SO WHAT WAS I CHARGED FOR - AND WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO REVERSE MONEY AND CHARGE MORE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR INFORMING ME - THIS IS ***** - ***** - ***** - AND YES I DID READY YOUR DISCLAIMENR AND TERMS - YOU HAD NOOOOOOORIGHT IN THIS SITUATION, ***** ***** *****
